Hot Chocolate

I have been enjoying so much hot chocolate since the weather got cold! I may have to create a list of good places to get it from... Nosh in Holborn is probably the best closest to my work... I went twice last week! amazing!

In my opinion the best ever hot chocolate recipe is from Jamie's Christmas with Bells on.

ingredients

• 2 pints semi-skimmed milk

for the epic hot chocolate mix
• 2 tablespoons Horlicks
• 2 tablespoons cornflour
• 3 tablespoons icing sugar
• 4 tablespoons quality organic cocoa
• 100g quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), finely grated
• a pinch of ground cinnamon
• a pinch of sea salt
