Healthy May

Been super busy this week with packing up my room, but excited for moving my life to Hackney in three days! Also decided today that I am going to join in with Here comes the sun's 'Healthy May'. I want to learn some new recipes and try some new food. I will post one healthy meal with instructions each week during May and try one new activity a week.

Today's healthy meal was a vegetable stir-fry which was really quick and simple to make:

Put some rice on to boil
Saute onions in 1tbs avocado oil.
Then add chopped veg - I used mushrooms, peppers, broccoli and beansprouts
When rice is cooked add to veg
Add soy sauce to taste
