What I ate today Day One!

Apple and Cinnamon Porridge and Coffee

Tea and Yoghurt with Strawberries

Soup, Greek Salad and a Smoothie for lunch-
 (also had two pieces of brown bread, couldn't fit it in the pic)

Coffee and a Twirl! yum!

Turkey Stir Fry Followed by Ice Cream

Documenting everything I ate today was pretty intense! I missed out a couple of apples and lots of tea and coffee, a banana, some milk and a cereal bar!
