Ingredients
250g Butter
350g Flour
140g Caster Sugar
Pinch of salt
Pink Food Colouring
Chocolate
Heat the oven to 150C
Mix all the Butter, Flour, Sugar, salt and food
colouring together with your hands.
Turn on to a work surface and roll out to 1cm thick
Cut your biscuits
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes
Leave to cool while melting chocolate over a pan of
hot water
Drizzle all over the biscuits!
