Last week of Healthy May and here is my healthy Breakfast I had at the weekend. It consists of a Wholemeal Pitta, two vegetable sausages which I roasted with tomatoes and mushrooms and a cup of pukka tea!
My yoga classes at work have been put on hold at the moment as the room is needed for something else :( but I love getting time out during my working day and I will definitely carry on with them when they start up again!
